ASSIGNMENT 2: LISTENING SKILLS


All people can hear but unfortunately most of them not have a good listening skill. Listening skill is you hear something and then you can detect its word by word. Moreover, it's not easy to detect the words by only have a basic knowledge of English languages. You must also excellent in vocabulary and the pronunciations of the word. It's not difficult to understand the Malaysian English but you have a big trouble if it is from a mouth of real English man. The sounds of word are very different. Thus, the good choice to improve our listening skills is firstly you must expert in wordspower and try always to hear properly the sounds of word from the English native man.
So, by using BBC English Interactive Learning may train you a lot in being good listener. Professor David Crystal, one man that has good achievement in English study provides a big contributed in this websites. You can get a new words and also the explanation of the word that are included more than one paragraph .Compare to the Dictionary only explain a word about in one sentences. The other benefits are we also learn how to sound a word correctly. This websites is free and it provides a learning process according to the level of the leaner.
